Requirements

  • Valid Commercial Operator’s License required.
  • 2+ years of pest control experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and organized.
  • Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to carry and operate a 2–4-gallon sprayer.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check, driving record check, and 4-panel drug screen.
  • Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
  • Availability for occasional weekend or evening work as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients in accordance with company and state standards.
  • Identify pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions through detailed inspections.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain findings, treatment options, and preventive recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely digital service notes and reports.
  • Prepare and organize company vehicle, equipment, and materials each day.
  • Install and service monitoring systems, including electronic rodent monitoring devices.
  • Apply pesticides and service bait or monitoring stations as scheduled.
  • Inspect attics, crawlspaces, and exterior structures for pest evidence and access points.
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain your Operator’s License and enhance technical expertise.
