Requirements

Education: Master’s degree in a behavioral science field.
Licensure: LMFT, LPC-MHSP, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist (or on track for licensure).
Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain healthy boundaries.
Comfort working with diverse populations.
Tech-savvy (Office 365 and EHR experience; Valant is a plus!).
Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient therapy for a diverse client base.
Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Use creativity in interventions to help clients reach their goals.
Collaborate with families, schools, other professionals, and other duties as needed.
Maintain a minimum of 20 client visits per week for part-time status.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
