Licensed Property & Casualty Agent (CSR/Sales Agent) Job Summary Seeking a motivated and professional Licensed Property & Casualty Agent (CSR/Sales Agent) to join a growing team. Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or account servicing preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and client service
- Eager, self-motivated, and ready to hit the ground running
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with EZLynx is a plus, but not required (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Service existing accounts and address client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Sell new business and actively contribute to the agency's growth
- Handle mixed accounts, including personal and commercial lines, with premiums ranging from $5,000 to over $100,000
- Quote new and renewal business using agency management software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Participate in client meetings and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and service goals
