Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health or related field (MSW, MS, MA) required.
• Experience and knowledge of appropriate therapeutic practices preferred if direct line staff.
• Licensed Outpatient Therapist must possess one or more of the following credentials: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Responsibilities

• Provides assessments and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Provide mental health, addictions and behavioral health clinical treatment/diagnosis within scope of practice as defined by degree and license.
• Responsible for participating in treatment planning with the center psychiatrist or HSPP and client.
• Reporting consumer progress to appropriate referral source and maintain accurate and timely documentation/reports.
