Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work with appropriate Michigan licensure
Minimum 2 years of direct clinical care experience
Comfortable working independently while being an engaged, collaborative teammate
Provides affirming care across diverse identities and backgrounds
Professional maturity, strong character, and emotional steadiness

Nice To Haves

Experience with couples/marital counseling is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient therapy to children, adults and/or couples based on your preferences and strengths
Complete intakes, treatment planning and other assessments needed to support diagnostic impressions
Deliver care using evidence-based approaches
Coordinate with referral sources and other treatment team members
Maintain timely, high-quality documentation and organization
Participate in staff meetings
