Requirements

• Licensed Mental Health Professional in Wisconsin (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LP)
• Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
• For unlicensed therapists: be qualified to obtain or have a LPC-IT, APSW, LMFT-IT
