Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience providing therapy, particularly to children and families.
• Active LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, or LCSW-C licensure in the state of Maryland.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with a diverse population and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.
• Openness to see clients in-person.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, professional, and ethical standards.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients’ needs and support their emotional growth.
