This role is integral to helping people see, requiring the Optician to become an expert in the brand and its glasses. The position involves delivering extraordinary customer service to leave customers excited and confident about their glasses, whether they are longtime Warby Parker fans or first-time wearers. Opticians will partner with motivated, collaborative individuals and have opportunities to expand their skill set with career-advancing resources and benefits.
