About The Position
The position involves meeting National Vision's sales and company objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction through adherence to the America's Best "Code of Excellence". The role includes assisting customers with eyeglasses and contact lenses, providing training on contact lens insertion and removal, and educating clients on proper care for their eyewear. Additionally, the position requires maintaining accurate patient records and visual merchandising in line with brand standards, as well as mentoring potential Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.
