About The Position
The position involves optimizing and overseeing the Lab to ensure efficiency and compliance with the company's policies and operational guidelines. The role requires identifying areas of opportunity and creating action plans for improvement while providing world-class service to customers. The individual will execute same-day service, perform machine maintenance, ensure safety standards are followed, control inventory shrinkage, supervise and motivate Lab Technicians, assist in recruiting and training staff, and complete performance reviews.
