About The Position

Your primary responsibility will be to create exceptional value in the lives of our customers by providing legendary customer service and expertly crafted high-quality eyewear that exceeds their expectations. In this position, you will welcome all customers and set clear expectations for their experience. You will be responsible for custom fitting glasses and precisely placing prescriptions in lenses, acting as a leader in optical knowledge. Your attention to detail will be essential as you take and record measurements, accurately adjust and fit eyewear, and ensure that the finished products meet both our high standards and the specific needs of our customers. You will assist your team with complex product needs and prescriptions, utilizing your exceptional product knowledge and technology skills to deliver outstanding service even under time pressure and high customer volume. As a proactive member of our team, you will explore the root causes of any issues that arise, ensuring that customer satisfaction is always prioritized. Your ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively will be critical in achieving exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies. You will take pride in maintaining the store's appearance, keeping it clean, attractive, and organized, while also informing management of any safety opportunities and demonstrating safe work practices. We are looking for a resourceful and self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and improve continuously. Adhering to company policies and procedures, including those related to discounts, promotions, and inventory management, will be essential to your success in this role.
