About The Position

As a Licensed Optician, you will play a crucial role in delivering our brand's value proposition and establishing LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs within the community. Your primary responsibility will be to create exceptional value in the lives of customers by providing legendary customer service and expertly crafted high-quality eyewear that exceeds their expectations. In this full-time position, you will welcome all customers and set clear expectations for their experience. You will be responsible for custom fitting glasses and accurately placing prescriptions in lenses. As a leader in optical acumen, you will take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that the finished products meet both our high standards and the specific needs of our customers. You will assist your team with complex product needs and prescriptions, utilizing your exceptional product knowledge and technology skills to deliver outstanding service even under time pressure and high customer volume. Your proactive approach will involve exploring the root causes of any issues that arise, ensuring customer satisfaction, and exceeding their expectations. You will need to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Striving for exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies will be a key part of your role, as will maintaining a clean, attractive, and organized store appearance. You will also be responsible for informing management of safety opportunities and demonstrating safe work practices. As a resourceful and self-motivated individual, you will have a desire for continual learning and improvement. Adhering to company policies and procedures, including those related to discounts, promotions, and inventory management, will be essential to your success in this role.
