HTS is currently seeking Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our teams at three partner senior living communities located in Fort Wayne. These OTAs will work with diverse populations – including assisted/independent living, memory care, short term rehab, and long-term care -- addressing their unique therapeutic needs. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our seniors by fostering their physical health, independence, and overall well-being. Position Details · Each position is full-time at 30 – 40 hours per week. · These senior living communities are all highly respected and noted for delivering quality care. · Well-equipped therapy gyms featuring training kitchens and bathrooms. Requirements
- Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
