Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) – Multiple California Locations This position is reserved exclusively for licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs). If you are not an OT, please do not apply. Relient Health is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across California. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN). Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location. 📍 Current OT openings available in: Atascadero, Auburn, Davis, Fremont, Hayward, Kingsburg, Modesto, Pleasant Hill, Sacramento, San Jose, San Rafael, Sunnyvale, Willows, and additional California markets. 🔎 Who Are These Opportunities Ideal For? Licensed California Occupational Therapists (OTs) OTs relocating to California Recent graduates from accredited OT programs pursuing California licensure OTs seeking experience in SNF, ALF, retirement communities, hospital-based rehab, outpatient, pediatric, home health, or mixed-setting rehabilitation roles This role is specific to licensed Occupational Therapists practicing within a rehabilitation department. This is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, therapy aide, or non-licensed support role.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) program
  • Active California OT license, or eligibility/pending licensure
  • Ability to work full-time in one of the listed California markets
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in a rehabilitation setting
  • Promote patient independence with ADLs, functional tasks, mobility, and safety
  • Document patient care using EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
  • Collaborate with COTAs, rehab staff, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary care providers
