About The Position

Mfinite Consulting is seeking a highly qualified Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for a prestigious 3-month interim leadership engagement in Salisbury, Maryland. This role oversees a Comprehensive Care Program with an average daily population of 35 residents, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Active Maryland Nursing Home Administrator license (must be in good standing).
• Minimum of three (3) years as a Nursing Home Administrator in a facility with 35+ beds.
• Proof of immunity/vaccination for TB (2-step PPD or QuantiFERON), MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Influenza (or valid declination).
• Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and medical examination.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on CMS Conditions of Participation, COMAR (10.07.02), and Joint Commission Nursing Care Center standards.
• Implement and enforce all provisions of the Patients Bill of Rights (COMAR 10.07.09).
• Review and approve plans, policies, and procedures to maintain rigorous quality controls and accreditation.
• Participate in facility committee meetings and provide strategic direction on regulatory compliance.
