Requirements
- Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven experience with budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance
- Commitment to high-quality resident care and team engagement
Responsibilities
- Oversee all facility operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions
- Ensure compliance with Ohio Department of Health and CMS regulations
- Lead, mentor, and support department heads and staff
- Manage budgeting, financial performance, and census growth
