Requirements

• Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license (REQUIRED)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a SNF Administrator (REQUIRED)
• Strong knowledge of Florida survey process and regulatory requirements
• Proven track record of operational and financial leadership
• Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve performance

Responsibilities
