Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) – Skilled Nursing Facility | 3531894 Location: Boynton Beach, FL A Skilled Nursing Facility in Boynton Beach is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee all facility operations. This is a full-time executive leadership role requiring prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator within a Skilled Nursing Facility. The LNHA will be responsible for regulatory compliance, financial performance, census stability, and overall operational leadership.

Requirements

• Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility required
• Demonstrated survey experience and regulatory leadership
• Strong understanding of CMS, AHCA, and Florida long-term care regulations
• Proven ability to manage interdisciplinary leadership teams
• Experience overseeing budgets, staffing, and census strategy

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all daily operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility
• Ensure compliance with CMS, AHCA, and all state and federal regulations
• Maintain survey readiness and lead regulatory inspections and plans of correction
• Oversee department heads including Nursing, Rehab, Admissions, and Dietary
• Manage staffing levels, labor oversight, and operational budgets
• Drive census growth and payer mix strategy
• Monitor quality measures, QAPI initiatives, and performance indicators
• Serve as facility representative with families, physicians, vendors, and regulatory agencies
