About The Position

A Skilled Nursing Facility in Melbourne, FL is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operational and regulatory improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, permanent leadership opportunity for a proven SNF Administrator who has successfully stabilized operations, strengthened compliance, and rebuilt team accountability. The selected Administrator will partner with ownership and regional leadership to improve survey outcomes, strengthen staffing performance, and drive sustainable operational success.

Requirements

• Active Florida Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility required
• Demonstrated experience managing survey recovery or regulatory improvement initiatives
• Strong understanding of Florida long-term care regulations and CMS requirements
• Proven experience stabilizing staffing and improving operational performance
• Solid understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and SNF reimbursement models
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of all clinical, operational, and financial functions
• Lead survey preparation efforts and improve regulatory compliance performance
• Evaluate and strengthen systems related to documentation, staffing, and quality metrics
• Stabilize census and optimize payer mix
• Oversee budget management, labor control, and financial performance
• Rebuild leadership accountability across department heads
• Drive QAPI initiatives and measurable quality improvements
• Serve as primary liaison with state survey agencies, residents, and families
