About The Position

A premier, CMS 5-Star rated Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead one of the organization’s flagship operations. This is a full-time executive leadership role overseeing a high-performing SNF recognized for clinical excellence, operational stability, and strong quality outcomes. The selected Administrator will be responsible for maintaining 5-Star performance, driving census stability, ensuring regulatory excellence, and sustaining financial strength.

Requirements

• Active New York Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility required
• Demonstrated success maintaining strong survey outcomes and quality ratings
• Proven experience managing high-performing SNF operations
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, PDPM, and New York regulatory requirements
• Experience overseeing budgets, labor management, and census performance
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of all operational, financial, and clinical functions
• Maintain and protect CMS 5-Star quality ratings and survey readiness
• Ensure compliance with all federal and New York State SNF regulations
• Oversee census growth, payer mix optimization, and referral development
• Manage facility budget, labor performance, and financial targets
• Lead QAPI initiatives and continuous quality improvement efforts
• Drive staff retention, leadership accountability, and operational excellence
• Serve as executive representative to residents, families, and community partners
