Williamsbridge Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Skilled Nursing Facility in Bronx, NY. Responsibilities
- Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
- Recording health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature.
- Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required.
- Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
- Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
- Must be able to work as a team member.
- Valid LPN State license.
- Must be in good standing with State Registry.
Benefits
- $5,000 Sign-on bonus
- Base rate of $30.13 with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.
