Job Summary: As an LNA at NCHHHA, you will have the ability to provide individualized, quality care to Home Health and Hospice patients in the comfort of their own home. You will assist patients and caregivers in performing activities of daily living and ensuring their personal care needs are met. Our LNAs are an integral part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. You will maintain a high level of autonomy and work to the top of your license. You will enjoy a flexible workday, with an option to start and end your day from home. Strong clinical support and educational resources provided as well as support in obtaining certifications in your area of expertise.

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed nursing assistant
  • Hold a current BLS certification
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Be able to multi-task
  • A valid driver's license
  • An automobile that is insured in accordance with state organization requirements and is in good working order are required
