Per diem coverage will be 7:00am - 3:00pm and 3:00pm - 11:00pm, including every other weekend and one summer holiday / one winter holiday rotation. Apply today! Requirements

• Registered as Licensed Nursing Assistant with New Hampshire’s Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification.
• Satisfactory criminal record.
• Sharing in every other weekend and agency holiday rotation.

Nice To Haves

• Positive experience with complex patients with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, COPD, cancer and joint/hip replacements or end of life.
• Ability to perform PT/INRs.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties within scope of license and within care plans.
• Works closely with care team on providing exceptional care and services; provides adequate communication to the team responsible for the patient.
• Assists patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assists patients using mechanical devices; using safe techniques for transfers.
• Monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output and exercise; queuing patient for appropriate medications.
