Requirements
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in New Hampshire
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
- CPR certification required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work on a team
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
- New or soon-to-be licensed LNAs are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain accurate documentation and support a safe, respectful environment
