About The Position
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES General Clinical Practice Performs all assigned patient care responsibilities according to the standards of care at NLH and within the scope of practice established for LNAs. Demonstrates the skills necessary to provide age appropriate care to the population served. Documents care provided using hospital standards. Reinforces education to patients and families. Reports any untoward symptoms or changes to appropriate RN/LPN. Monitors the patient environment to assure that it is safe and free from hazards.
