About The Position

The Courville at Nashua is a Senior Healthcare Community in Nashua, NH. We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We’re looking for an experienced Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our dedicated staff: FT 3p-11p +$2/hr Shift Diff SNF/Rehab unit 32-40 hrs/week Every other weekend; every other holiday +$6/hr weekend Shift Diff Active New Hampshire LNA license required We'll pay NH fees for CNA candidates (upon hire) Come to work in a long-term care setting and get a refund for the cost of your training! 100% tuition reimbursement is available through the State of NH for all LNA students. Once your license is active and you're employed in a long-term care facility in NH, we can help you submit your receipt for reimbursement. Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions are all eligible. Responsibilities : Provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with ADLs Dependability and good communication are essential for this position Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff; including bathing (including use of whirlpool tub), dressing, assisting with dining and ambulation program Assist with transporting residents to and from meals, activities, and appointments Answer call lights and make rounds regularly to ensure residents’ safety and comfort Observe residents and report any abnormalities or changes in condition to supervisor Maintain a clean and healthy environment and follow Infection Control Policies Qualifications : Active NH LNA license We will pay any NH licensing fees for out-of-state applicants Recent clinical experience, long-term care experience preferred Ability to build rapport with residents Punctual, dependable work ethic Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to work well in teams to provide a positive care environment Excellent communication skills and command of the English language Ability to follow written and oral instructions Must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions with or without reasonable accommodations required by Federal, State or Local law.
