About The Position

Requirements

  • Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Able to pass NH State background check and BEAS Registry

Nice To Haves

  • Prior home care or long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, client-centered care in the home
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal care
  • Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Run errands and grocery shopping as needed
  • Observe, document, and report changes in client condition
