About The Position
A respected and growing home care provider in New Hampshire is expanding its team in the Wolfeboro area. We are seeking compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) who want flexible, meaningful work while providing one-on-one care in clients’ homes. In this field-based role, LNAs support clients in their homes, helping them remain safe, independent, and comfortable. Assignments are typically located in Wolfeboro and surrounding communities. Whether you are seeking consistent full-time hours, flexible part-time shifts, or supplemental income, we will work with you to build a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass New Hampshire background and BEAS Registry checks
- Active LNA license required
- Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Prior home care or facility experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Assist with safe transfers and ambulation
- Offer companionship and promote client independence
- Prepare meals and help maintain a clean, safe home environment
- Run errands and assist with grocery shopping as needed
- Monitor and report changes in client condition promptly to the office
