Requirements

  • High School Graduate / GED.
  • BLS certification with 30 days of beginning of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain acceptable attendance in an LNA training course, via hybrid learning model (skill lab, online and clinical modules).
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • Complete a seven week paid training program with NH BON LNA exam.
  • Participate in 2 weeks of online learning (40 hours total).
  • Engage in 4 weeks of skill labs, nursing unit clinical and NH BON exam (90 hours).
  • Attend 1 week new hire orientation (36 hours).
  • Complete 2 weeks on unit orientation (64 hours).
