About The Position

The Center for Pain and Spine is seeking a full-time LNA or MA to join our fast-paced, team-based Interventional Outpatient Pain Clinic. Help support patients living with acute and chronic pain through compassionate, high-quality care.

Requirements

  • High school graduate required.
  • Must demonstrate keyboarding skills and be familiar with computer use.
  • Previous hospital experience preferred.
  • Licensed Nursing Assistant in the State of NH required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with routine patient care activities under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, including performing ADLs, obtaining clinical data, including vital signs, heights and weights.
  • Utilizes universal precautions, collects specimens or performs point of care testing and records results in medical record.
  • Assists in maintaining a clean and safe work environment by keeping the hallways clear of excess equipment, emptying linen bags when full.
  • Assists visitors and answers telephones.
  • Assists new co-workers in learning the work of the department.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.
