The Licensed Nurse provides exemplary nursing services to residents. Availabiltiy: Saturday and Sunday 7AM-3PM What do we do? Requirements

Bring a smile to work every day
Be a great team player
Be a graduate of an accredited RN/LVN/LPN program
Have a minimum of one-year experience as a nurse in a senior care setting
Current active, unencumbered Nursing License in the state of practice (LVN/RN/LPN)

Nice To Haves

Have some Assisted living and/or dementia experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Assess residents to identify their physical, psychosocial and environmental needs
Monitor residents’ well-being and report any changes in condition
Provide resident care activities under the direction of the Assisted Living Director
Assist with Medication Management Program
Assist with care plans
Participate in the Assisted Living performance improvement process
Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and respond appropriately
Document evaluation of nursing interventions including resident response
