Requirements

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems
• Administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19 and influenza
• Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record
• Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform Point of Care Testing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Nice To Haves

• Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience
• Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services
• Administer vaccine injections
• Assess patients during intake
• Take vital signs
• Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG and Retinopathy screening
• Perform Point of Care testing, including COVID testing
• Conduct patient registration and intake, assist with wait room management
• Order equipment and prepare the clinic for optimal patient experience
• Help meet the mission of improving health through patient-focused connections and activities
