Requirements
- Current LNA certification
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Hospital or Med/Surg experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and document vital signs
- Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Work closely with RNs and the interdisciplinary care team
- Provide safe, respectful, patient-centered care
