About The Position

About the Role This is a full-time, field-based position involving daily travel throughout your local region. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evenings as needed. Part time shifts are available as well. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Active Nail Technician or Cosmetology license (NIC or state-required licensure, based on location)
  • Not debarred or excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal/state programs
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable, insured vehicle
  • Comfortable using mobile devices and applications
  • Ability to pass credential checks (background check, drug screening, etc., as required by state)
  • Physically able to stand, sit, walk, and use hands for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapeutic foot care services with a focus on lower extremity health and safety
  • Follow Belle protocols to ensure hygienic, infection-prevention practices
  • Conduct thorough foot assessments using Belle’s mobile application and escalate clinical concerns when needed
  • Build positive relationships with members and provide education to promote long-term foot health
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Promote and assist with scheduling future appointments
  • Maintain punctual attendance and reliable transportation
  • Participate in Belle’s continuing education programs
  • Operate within the defined scope of the Belle Technician role
