Is Seeking Experts Like YOU We prefer candidates who possess 6+ months of work experience in a spa, or nail services environment, preferably with an emphasis on luxury, warm and friendly customer service.

Requirements

A warm, calm and nurturing demeanor
A responsible; wellness-oriented team player, with a strong work ethic
An amazing nail technician with a passion for caring for others
Minimum of 6 months of professional experience as a Licensed Nail Technician
Ability to work weekends and some holidays
Ability to lift 25 pounds, and stand for extended periods, and bend, squat, twist, etc.
Valid State of Texas Cosmetology or Manicurist license

Nice To Haves

Experience with CND a plus

Provide uncompromised individualized attention to every guest throughout the entire process, with every visit
Laser focused on guest wellness
Very detail-oriented with flawless nail polishing skills
Ability to perform relaxing, firm massage with every service
Actively educate guests on home care & promote product lines
Ability to create loyalty & maintain high retention
Anticipate, identify and ensure guest needs are being met in the best possible way
