We are seeking a Licensed Therapist at the Ellie Mental Health - Saint Peters, Missouri location who is aligned with making a positive impact in our community. Requirements

• Full licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) valid in the state of Missouri.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
• Growing ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of Electronic Health Record systems and experience with MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Participate in clinic group meetings and case load discussions.
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 billable sessions per week.
