About The Position
Kindred Pediatric & Family Therapy, PLLC is seeking a enthusiastic mental health therapist to join our team! Fully and provisionally licensed clinicians may apply. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to children, adolescents and families to assist in overcoming mental health challenges. We offer a holistic approach to mental health by offering therapy and medication management all in-house. Kindred has a heart for children and families of Eastern North Carolina, and strives to provide high-quality mental health services to support children and families through life's challenges. Candidates must be self-motivated, passionate, eager, and FUN!
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as CBT, TF-CBT, and play therapy modalities.
- Perform outpatient counseling services for a diverse caseload including children, adolescents, and adults.
- Complete thorough documentation in a timely manner.
- Therapists are also able to earn additional income by completing admin duties.
