About The Position
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist , you will provide evidence-based treatment to clients managing substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. Alongside direct care, you will offer supervision and guidance to clinicians supporting recovery-focused treatment plans.
Requirements
- Active Indiana LMFT, LMHC, LCSW license
- Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field
- Experience treating substance use disorders
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Comfortable delivering care via telehealth platforms
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy focused on substance use recovery
- Conduct clinical evaluations and risk assessments
- Create and monitor structured treatment plans
- Supervise associate clinicians and review case notes
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care as needed
- Ensure compliance with Indiana clinical regulations
