About The Position
Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Location: El Cerrito, CA Position: Full-Time Salary: $110,000–$125,000 per year, plus health insurance and full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Role Description This position supports community-based mental health services through direct therapy, assessment, and coordinated care. The role offers consistency, structure, and the opportunity to focus fully on clinical work within a supportive clinic framework. Requirements
- Active California mental health license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
- Experience in clinic or outpatient behavioral health settings
- Strong organizational and clinical judgment skills
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy services to assigned clients
- Complete intakes, assessments, and clinical documentation
- Track treatment progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with care teams and referral partners
- Participate in ongoing clinical meetings and reviews
