Responsibilities What You’ll Do: As a Mental Health Therapist at Kolmac, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You’ll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative outpatient, and intensive outpatient settings.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
Active independent licensure: PA: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth

Nice To Haves

EMDR experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in OP and IOP levels of care
Work in person at our Camp Hill, PA location from 12:30-8:30 PM with a flexible one-day option to work from home dependent on patient needs
Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment
Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate
Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, transitioning from IOP, OP
Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
