The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides direct therapeutic services including assessments, individual, family, group and crisis counseling to current and past participants. This position assists in program development and operations while ensuring client eligibility and program outcomes. The Licensed Mental Health Therapist is responsible for program documentation, paperwork and maintenance of clinical charts. While future funding is not guaranteed, this grant has historically been renewed. SCHEDULE : This position is Monday – Friday, 9:30AM – 6:00PM May work past 6:00PM as needed for client sessions WORK DESIGNATION : Hybrid (must work within San Diego County Region) - reporting 3x per week to our North Park location and 1x per week to our Escondido location During in person work days, client sessions will be conducted after 1PM Additional travel for in person staff meetings as needed Administrative work to be done remotely with remote work being done in the mornings and one full remote work day per week Please note that the work designation may change based on business needs. PROGRAM SUMMARY : Finding Youth Resilience is a trauma-treatment focused mental health program serving youth ages 3-18 years old. We provide TF-CBT and EMDR, case management, and family support to youth who are working through varying levels of trauma. We aim to support youth and their caregiver through individual and family sessions. Our program offers a safe and supportive environment where youth can explore their emotions, develop coping skills, and empower them to thrive.
