About The Position

We're looking for passionate, licensed therapists (LCPC, LGPC, LCSW-C, LMSW, LMFT) to join our remote care team and make a real impact across Maryland.

Requirements

• Must hold one of the following Maryland licenses: LCPC, LCSW-C, LGPC, LMSW
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Passion for serving children, teens, and young adults

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred!

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and client-driven treatment plans
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, peer clinicians, and supervisory team
• Maintain timely, accurate notes in our EHR
• Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination
• Target 15-36 sessions/week
