About The Position

Provide video-based therapy to clients across Massachusetts. You’ll deliver structured sessions, complete clinical assessments, and maintain high-quality documentation in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts license: LICSW, LMHC, or Psychologist
• Master’s/Doctoral degree from an accredited program
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Experience providing therapy preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth intakes and ongoing therapy sessions
• Maintain diagnostic and treatment documentation
• Create and track treatment goals with clients
• Keep EMR notes current and accurate
• Attend consults and clinical trainings
• Follow safety escalation and reporting protocols
