August Rose Health Center, a reputable outpatient mental health clinic in Maryland, is seeking a talented and experienced therapist to join our team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist Contractor. At August Rose Health Center, we are committed to providing high-quality mental health services to individuals of all ages. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will have the unique chance to work with children, adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate their mental health journey through individual and group counseling sessions.
Requirements
- Valid and current Maryland state license as an LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSWC
- Proven experience providing individual and group counseling to diverse populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
- Passion for making a positive impact on the mental well-being of others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, contributing to a positive and supportive clinic culture.
- Cultural sensitivity and an inclusive approach to therapy to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
- Commitment to upholding ethical guidelines and legal regulations related to mental health counseling.
Responsibilities
