About The Position

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. GROW Counseling is a group of professionals dedicated to helping clients of all ages find balance, growth, and health. Individuals, couples, families, and groups are seen at four locations throughout the city for concerns such as grief, depression, anxiety, relationships, addictions, eating disorders, stress management, parenting, and career transition. Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GA
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
  • Ability to provide therapy independently
  • Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
  • Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.)
  • Experience in outpatient or group practice settings

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred candidates will have multiple days of late afternoon/early evening availability
  • Preferred candidates will be able to see children, adolescents, and adults

Responsibilities

  • Active, unrestricted license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GA
  • Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
  • Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
  • Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
  • Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week within a minimum of 20 hours of availability
  • Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
