Job Description: We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This position is open to licensed professional counselors (LPC) who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical foundation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to work with a diverse client population.
Requirements
- LPC license in Mississippi
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
- At least 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to cultural competency and trauma-informed care
- Flexible work hours
Nice To Haves
- Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions
- Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in supervision and staff meetings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in accordance with licensing board and company policies
