About The Position
Virtual Mental Health Therapist LMFT/LPC/LCSW) Location: Virginia Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 yearly Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Position Description This role provides remote therapy services to clients seeking consistent mental health support. You will guide sessions, assess progress, and help clients build practical tools for everyday challenges. The focus is steady care delivery within a clearly defined schedule. Requirements
- Virginia licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Graduate degree in mental health counseling or social work
- Experience with adult mental health treatment
- Ability to manage time and caseload independently
- Proficiency with electronic health records
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one teletherapy sessions
- Conduct intake evaluations and ongoing assessments
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Ensure adherence to licensing and privacy standards
- Coordinate care when referrals are needed
