About The Position

Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT / LPCC / LISW) Location: Ohio Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Role Summary This role is designed for licensed therapists who want a consistent schedule and a fully remote setup. You will provide therapy to Ohio-based clients through scheduled telehealth sessions, focusing on progress, accountability, and measurable outcomes in mental health care.

Requirements

• Active Ohio license (LMFT, LPCC, or LISW)
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Experience providing therapy services
• Comfort using electronic health records
• Self-directed and reliable work habits

Responsibilities

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions remotely
• Track client progress and adjust interventions
• Complete documentation within required timelines
• Adhere to ethical and clinical guidelines
• Communicate professionally with support teams
