About The Position

We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for a full-time telehealth position serving clients in Kentucky. This role focuses on direct therapy, treatment planning, and ongoing case oversight that helps clients manage mental health concerns in a clear and practical way. You will work with a reliable weekday schedule, provide consistent care, and keep clinical records organized and up to date.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Active Kentucky LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license in good standing
• Prior therapy experience in a clinical or telehealth setting preferred
• Strong time management and caseload organization skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust in a virtual setting
• Experience with EHR systems and online therapy platforms
• Solid understanding of treatment planning and clinical documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide remote therapy sessions using a secure telehealth platform
• Assess client needs and gather relevant clinical history
• Build treatment plans that reflect each client’s goals and presenting concerns
• Deliver ongoing therapy and evaluate response to treatment over time
• Keep documentation complete, accurate, and submitted promptly
• Address risk concerns and follow clinical safety procedures
• Maintain professional standards for ethics, privacy, and care quality
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team when coordination is needed
