About The Position

This role is designed for licensed therapists who want to focus on consistent clinical work without in-office demands. You will provide ongoing therapy services, build long-term therapeutic relationships, and support clients in achieving measurable mental health outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
• Active Colorado license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
• Experience working with adult or adolescent populations
• Comfort using EHR systems and virtual platforms
• Professional liability coverage or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled virtual therapy sessions
• Establish treatment goals and monitor client progress
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Follow ethical and legal standards of care
• Communicate effectively with internal support teams
